Never wash your face with water alone, this will dry out the skin. Use a soap-free cleansing product, such as the Facial Cleanser with Sea Buckthorn Oil and lukewarm water. Or use the combination Cleansing Milk and Facial Tonic. Here no water is required at all. Remove make-up with one of our mild Make-up Removers.
Calm and nourish your skin by treating it with a vitamin cocktail. The Multi-vitamin Serum offers a wide spectrum of vitamins and has a fresh texture. You can also opt for a serum with hyaluronic acid. This helps repair skin damage and retain moisture.
Always ensure that your day cream contains an SPF-20 so that your skin is sufficiently protected against the harmful effects of UV radiation. With couperose the skin is particularly sensitive to this and good protection is therefore extra important. Protect your skin with a rich cream against external factors such as wind and cold. Most day creams from H&B contain an SPF-20. Determine here which H&B Day Cream fits your skin type most.
To make couperose less noticeable, you can use a BB cream. This camouflages redness and unevenness on the skin, contains an SPF-30 and has a moisturizing effect. The BB cream is available in Light and Medium.
The Avocado/Aloe Vera 24H Face Cream is basically a day and night cream, but we always recommend it as a night cream to people with couperose, because it only contains a UV filter and not SPF 20. It is a rich cream that soothes the skin and moisturizes.
Deep Cleaning & Mask
Use the Unique Peeling Gel once a week, a granule-free gel that does not excessively stimulate the skin, to remove dead skin cells. Then apply a Mud Mask to ensure that your skin is properly cleansed and provided with trace elements that help restore and calm the skin. After removing the mask, pat the skin with the alcohol-free facial tonic.
Although couperose cannot be cured, there are a number of treatment methods in which one person benefits and the other less or not, for example laser treatments or searing capillaries. For this, consult a qualified beautician.
